MESA, Ariz., November, 2026. MD Helicopters, LLC (MDH) has appointed Rotor Partners Ltd, an aviation consultancy, as its authorized representative for Africa. Rotor Partners will lead MDH sales efforts with civil and military operators across the region.
Rotor Partners founder and CEO Enrico Lalia Morra has worked in the African helicopter market for 25 years and has sold over 95 helicopters in the region during his career. Rotor Partners will focus on growing the MDH presence in both the civil and military markets.
Operators in Africa have trusted and flown MD helicopters for decades. Kenya operates the largest MD fleet on the continent, with about 47 aircraft in service, most of them with the Kenya Army. The MD 500 series is built for the region’s operating conditions: it adapts to a wide range of missions, performs in hot and high environments, and maintains high serviceability in remote locations.
