MD Helicopters Inc. (MDHI) provides a wide range of technical documentation to support all the MDHI model helicopters (369H series, 369D, 369E, 369FF, 500N, 600N and MD900). These documents provide information concerning service directives, operation, maintenance, support and retrofit.

MDHI Technical documentation is available in a number of media formats ranging from traditional paper documentation to web-based documentation delivery over the internet ( ETM Online ).
Registration for E-Mail Alerts and/or ETM Access
There is no charge to register for either the e.mail notification service or access to the online electronic format Technical and Rotorcraft Flight Manuals.
E-Mail Alerts
E-mail alerts provide registered customers with up-to-date notification of important changes to MDHI technical documents. Anyone can subscribe to e-mail alerts by completing the registration form and selecting the "Add to Mail List" box and select each model rotorcraft box for which they wish to receive e-mail notifications. Customers may also elect to receive general product/news notification.
ETM Online
MDHI Technical documentation is viewable and in many cases downloadable via web-based delivery over the internet. ETM registration and access requirements are found on the ETM Home page.
Indexes
A complete list of all publications available is in the Index of Technical Publications. The index contains a list of all technical publications, their associated revisions, and to which helicopter model it is applicable. The index is periodically updated and distributed to subscribers of the Technical Publications Revision Service.

Logbook
The MDHI logbook is provided as a PDF file for download and printing for use by our customers in the permanent helicopter record.
Publication Change Requests
If, in the opinion of the reader, data in the technical manuals is not clear or needs necessary clarification, please send your comments to this office by printing the hardcopy form and submit by mail or fax. Necessary efforts will be made to include such data in future revisions.
An electronic form will soon be available to allow on-line submittal of Publication Change requests.
