Spare Sales
All sales of spare parts and kits for MD Helicopters are handled by the Spare Sales Department. This department is in daily contact with all MD Helicopters Authorized Service Centers, International Distributors and Sales Companies. All MDHI Authorized Service Centers are required to stock spare items in sufficient quantities to support the number of helicopters in their areas. Operators are encouraged to purchase spare parts from MDHI Authorized Service Centers to assure the receipt of the correct part in the shortest time.
Order Processing Priorities
Requests for spares are handled on a priority basis. The highest priority is an "AOG" (Aircraft On Ground) order. These parts are usually on their way within 24 hours after receipt of the order. Shipment is by the means specified by the customer on the order.

The second priority is a routine order. Routine orders are usually shipped within 72 hours after receipt of order, by the means stipulated by the customer. The company stocks more than 10,000 separate part number, plus complete modification kits and accessory installation kits.
