MD Helicopters, Inc. provides access to its technical manuals as a service to its customers including, but not limited to, owners, operators, maintainers and government agencies. The intent is to assure ready access to current manuals in order to improve the use of its products. Printed copies of these manuals can still be purchased from the company. Subscribers are authorized to print or download copies from this site so long as they comply with the various restrictions set forth below. MD Helicopters, Inc. intends to make this site available to subscribers twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Due to maintenance or unforeseen technical difficulties, MD Helicopters, Inc. cannot guarantee that the site will be available at all times. MD Helicopters, Inc. reserves the right to limit or curtail availability when necessary for system upgrades, adjustments, maintenance or other operational considerations. E-mail alerts provide registered customers with up-to-date notification of important changes to MDHI technical documents. Anyone can subscribe to e-mail alerts by completing the registration form and selecting the "Add to Mail List" box and select each model rotorcraft box for which they wish to receive e-mail notifications. Customers may also elect to receive general product/news notification.

Online access to Electronic Technical Manuals (ETM) are available for three separate MDHI helicopter model groups, similar to the paper subscription:

369H, 369HS, 369HE, 369HM Helicopters.
369D, 369E, 369F/FF, 500N, 600N Helicopters.
MD900 Helicopters.

Configuration Adobe® Acrobat Reader® For Viewing ETMs On-line

Adobe® Acrobat Reader® Version 5.0 or later must be used to successfully view the ETMs on-line. The ETM collection is provided in Adobe "PDF" format and required the reader software to open the ".pdf" documents in the browser window (configured as a plug-in to the browser). Instruction for configuring the Acrobat Reader software as a plug-in to your browser can be found on the Adobe® support website,
