PDF Download Instructions

Many documents on our website are provided as Adobe Protable Document Format (PDF) files. If your browser opens Adobe Acrobat files within the browser window, the documents can be downloaded using the following procedure:

Before Downloading Service Documents in PDF format;

Verify your computer has Adobe Acrobat software installed.

NOTE: It may take several minutes for these files to download and display in the PDF viewer. The Adobe® Acrobat® Reader software is usually included as a plug-in to your Internet browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) software. If you do not have the  reader software it can be downloaded free from Adobe® .

To view a document

1. Click the document link with the LEFT mouse button.
2. Double click the specific document you would like to review.
3. Acrobat Reader should display the Service Document.

To download a document

1. Click the document link with the RIGHT mouse button.
2. Choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or
   "Save Link As..." (Netscape).
3. Select an appropriate folder on a local drive to place the downloaded file. Click Save.

When available, determine file size before opening or downloading. Attempting to open large Adobe Acrobat files within your browser may take some time and may appear to have caused your browser to "stall". When appropriate downloading and viewing locally may be faster.
